Iceland volcano to blame for database crash

Apparently it would seem that the GMC database crash yesterday was the fault of the Iceland volcano. The cloud will be over the UK for at least a week!. That's a terribly long time to cancel flights in and out of the UK.

KC LC says
Marc (YYG admin) is stranded at the Glasgow airport (without internet) because of the Icelandic eruptions, and was unable to perform scheduled database maintenance -- so the GMC went down.

That's why it was Iceland's fault. Trust me...
And he's not the only one stuck at an airport. One of GMIndie's Board of Directors(Michael) is also stuck at an airport in the UK.

Good luck to you all and I hope the cloud goes away so you can continue on with normal life.
